Bad Service

I'm so frustrated with Eskom I have been calling them every day but don't get assistance. Some one tempered with the meter box at my late grandfather's place. I have paid the temper fee was told some one will come to install a meter box but no one have come. I was told to wait for 14 days some one will come or call me. I DON'T GET ANY FEEDBACK. I HAVE RECEIVED 4 REF NUMBERS WHICH ENDS UP BEING CLOSED AS NO ONE ATTENDS TO IT. I REALLY DON'T BLAME PEOPLE WHO TEMPER WITH ELECTRICITY COS IF YOU WANT TO DO THINGS THE RIGHT WAY YOU DON'T GET ASSISTANCE. LAST REFERENCE ***.
