BAD SERVICE

*** Since 09/06/2021 when you call they can't even tell you who is the technician that's suppose to be handling your queries and then they tell you that they will escalate to the supervisor who ill then call you but never call....... we pay rates and taxes and e buy electricity but e are made to feel like we are begging for service
