Bad service

Over two month ago we had a big storm here in a gamothapo, the pole for eskom is skew due to that n the cable is very very low, I complained the promised to fix it they keep sending technician who come up with excuses, another one said it was the contractor job, he can't help the other said my shack must be moved to the other corner, is too close to the damn he can't help me, and the cable is too long is shouldn't be like that, one I move the shack he will help me, I can't afford to move the shape it is expensive, I phone the contractor guy the one who installed electrity at my place he told me to send him what the cable and the pole looks like am still waiting for a response,, n he told me he had never come across such a problem he does not understand y eskom can't help me with this, please help me I don't understand also what the problem is, ND am tired of eskom for giving me the run around please help me
