BAD SERVICE

Eskom !!!! I lodged a complaint this morning at 5am, more than 10hours ago and was informed that the Technician from Polkadraai will report within 7 hours !I have a 2 month old baby in the house and I can not afford to go a day without electricity ! The Technician had the audacity to send an sms to my cell stating the the power has been restored .When i called the call center I was advised that they Tech could not get access to my home and they tried calling me ,while i had my phone with me all the time ..THE ***** !!!! Eskom call centre escalated the complaint to Eskom Polkadraai. My fridges are no longer cold and I'm running at a loss! Every hour I have been following up but get told the same old story, "a technician is busy ! Eskom BAD SERVICE like always! Management will do something about your pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!
