Bad Service

I am trying for 45minute now to get thru to the customer service to get feedback of our power that went of at 00:50 this morning 23/08/2021 it is now 16:58 23/08/2021 and still have no power and when we get thru we get told that the ticket are closed and that it were reported that power are restored but it is not the whole area are still worhout power
