Bad service

It's been two days without electricity was told to check after 7 hours stil no1 has come out to assist We have jo lights since yesterday stand number 3132 gem valley mahube meter number ********** 4474 ref ********** 96 I was told they are waiting for material. What about my meat being spoiled and kids having to bath in cold water this is wrong .
