bad Service

Since I logged a query October 2018 that I have made wrong transaction with Eskom meter number instead of Municipality meter. Did transaction of R3000 wrong even now I have not get my refund. The lady who assisted me referred my query to one day who hasn't even tried to sort it out by now. Need that money as I am a single mother who is try to survive. Cant give Eskom R3K just for nothing
