Bad service

I stay in Mkhaza khayelitsha and there was a load shedding yesterday from past 4 in the afternoon and eletricity was back half 6 to all other areas and my area but my house and other 4 houses has no eletricity till now it is now 3pm following day i call customer care and was told we must wait for 7 hours for technician what d hell?? And what about our food in the fridge ?? Eskom wont pay for damages this is total not fair and i want this to be resolved ASAP
