Bad Service

Logged a call with Eskom for power failure on the 23/08/2017 and I was told Eskom Palm Springs Depot will attend to the matter. Every time when I called I'm told the Technician has restored the Power, only to find out the Technician never went to the place. Every time when we log a call with this Depot we get bad service. The only thing the Technician know is to drive around and not attend to calls logged.
