Bad service

Eskom never assisted us in time, instead they always come after 3 days. There was maintenance that was done around October 2022,since then we experience faulty every week but they are not bothered to assess the situation. This is so frustrating. It's as if eskom is making us a favor in all of this whilst we buy electricity fairly.
