Bad service

So it was load shedding on Wednesday night and our cable was stole,we have been calling since Thursday its Monday today and still no one come out our Airtime is up,they keep on saying someone will come out and they wil phone us back but nothing,we phone on Sunday got a news story if you don't buy alot of Electricity for the month then you will have to wait for 5 to 7 working days I mean really now how long should we wait
