Bad service

<p>I app**** for a second meter box in 2014, Eskom came to do a quotation in February 2015 & I paid on 18 February 2015 around R740. After that I made a follow up & in July 2015 I was told the contractor given the job to install the box was preparing the material to do the job. Every time I phone I'm given a new reference & I'm told they are still preparing the material, now it's October 2016. The last reference number is ********** 18 & I was given in July 2016</p>
