Bad service

<p>On 27/06/2016 I noticed that my Eskom meter has burned I phoned the call centre to report it and was given a reference number I've been calling their office and even went in person to their offices with no progress . They have given me lots of reference numbers with lots of stories. My fear is that my property would burn down. The latest reference number is ********** 38 . Could you please assist me. The meter number is ********** 8802</p>
