Bad service

I just called eskom at 05:10am today to report loadshedding/power outage and i spoke to a guy called Lesibe Maimula reporting to Khensani Nenyane and Phuthi Tlhakola he didnt assist me insteat of assisting me he told me that the acc has been disconnected wherelse I have been calling almost every week to report loadshedding and no one has ever told me that to my understanding everyone was suppose to pick that up and why was a technician sent to my house last week if our account was disconnected this guy wasn't willing to assist me and sounded bored so he came up with some stupid story and ended the call
