Bad Service

This company has the most horrible service ever, when you call in at theircall centre the agents there hang up on you, when you go to the walk in centres thye agents there are also useless, i am helping out a pensioner of 68 years her electricity was cut off without a valid reason when we enquirer we are told that it is becuase she has a lot of electricity in her meter box, the other agent said that it is because she is buying little electricity and it is not to the satisfaction of ESKOM, so no one really knows why they cut off her electricity as she is buying it every month and found that the is nothing ******* yet they still cut of her electricity with no reason given.
