Bad Rude Customer Consultant Lindiwe

Today we experienced outages in suurbekom i called the call centre the 3rd consultant i spoke to around 18:55 her name is Lindiwe, she was rude as Corona attacking humans. She called me childish as if that wasn't enough then i was told because im a black person i never want to hear the truth black people are pathetic. I was told this by Lindiwe because i said her bringing out technicians tomorrow morning was late and risky since i needed to prepare food my elderly parents on chronic medication, she said that's not her problem it'mine. I must get bread when we under lockdown in south africa with closed shops. Honestly wondering how Eskem trains staff

Hope in future one doesn't experience consultants with Lindiwe tendencies and that she will be dealt with accordingly.

Eskom switches off our electricity when there's no payment, hope Eskom deals with thier rude staff aswel. Ref ***
