Bad experience and poor product knowledge from consultants

terrible service received , consultants have no clue of what they are doing , I spoke to lindiwe/lebogor/kagiso/thobile & nanadi, Nandi was the worst , we have been calling and calling no assistance I spoke to kagiso who said I must send a babies doctors certificate ,

I spoke to lindiwe he said I must check if the technicians have already connected within 4 hours , which I did and still no connection, I then called again and spoke to lebo0go R who said payment is not reflecting on their side but the below mail states that payment was received , she said I must send POP which I did , I called again I spoke to Thobile who said she is not sure if they will reconnect us today but I must check later as she escalated the matter to our pta office , I want this sorted today as we've been promised lies after lies address :580 block A mabopane 0190
