Bad Eskom service

I have been without electricity since Thursday evening till now,called to get assistance but I'm been send from pillar to post,bad service I have ever received Can you imagine the food in the fridge is rotten now I am not happy at all They say I should be patient how do you become patient when you don't have electricity for so many days
