Bad customer service Eskom

The call centre agent incompetence can't even assist you or know how to do they job... Hi I've tried assistince from askom call center agent the whole with no luck only thur they log my call and Thursday mrng when check status of my ref they created other update no much help and later called again and help by Thobela it's was worse he said she is only and can't refer us to anyone and also can't assist with anything my meter nrs it's ‪***‬ and ref number ‪***‬... We even thinking of bypassing because we been in dark for more than 5 days... Can't buy electricity even this day
