bad customer service

<p>I bought electricity using a wrong account number. I spoke David in bela bela. His telling me that he cannot help anymore because he cannot find the person who is staying in that house to negotiate with him to buy that electricity. I told him to i spoke to the person who stays at that house. So in that way my R450 is gone. And eskom doesn't wanna assist me. What must I do with this eletricity of R450?</p>
