Bad Customer Service

Last year I bought a property in Naledi, I demolished it and built a new structure. During the construction, the contractor(SIPHO NCAMANE, residing at No. 5239 Misreen, Braamfischer, Ext 2, 1875) stole my meter box and connected power directly. I Immediately reported the matter to Eskom via ********** as I didn't want to be part of Izinyokanyoka, I attached his contract together with photos as proof of what happened but to my surprise Eskom never showed any interest. Instead I later received a respond that refered me to Zola offices and when I got there the was no one , it looks like the offices are not in operation. Early this year after making countless efforts trying to communicate and work with Eskom, I made a follow up with Diepkloof/Klepspruit offices and this time since my house was now complete, I had my C.O.C with me. Diepkloof/Klepspruit offices sent my documents to Midway offices and there again I explained everything and provided them with evidance of emails I sent to Eskom last year. To be honest I'm very very Disappointed with way Eskom treated/handled my case because they disconnected my power last week Friday(11/02/2017) without even contacting me and I here was only trying to help as they normally advise us as community to report any ******* connections. It was unfair of them to just disconnect power without even investigating or going through emails and photos I sent them from last year right after the incident took place, what message are they sending to us as community members(stake holders)..? because I thought the message was very clear when they said we should report any ******* connection which I believe it is excactly what I did. I had to pay a fine of R6000.00 for something that whould have been avoided had they had good customer service and responded right after I laid a complain. They even failed to refer me to the relevent derpatment in the first place, otherwise I would have done something better. Eskom wake up and work with us instead of opressing us as community members, practice what you preach.
