Bad Customer service

<p>It's sad to pay for something and not enjoy it, we pay for electricity so that we can use it on daily basis but where I stay I don't know why we still buying it because we hardly even use it. This guy's fix the transformer today and the following week it goes in 2 flames the we wait for another two weeks for them to come fix it and it's funny how they always driving around all day like they doing something, you can see more than five car if you stand on the street within 20 min. And the wiring is a mess. Someone please help</p>
