BAD BAD SERVICE SINCE THE 22/12/2018

Assist with this reference number ********** 44 as we have been without electricity since the 22/12/2018 Metre Number ********** 8628 I feel this is so unfair I will be reporting this on hello peter and Eskom complaints website they keep saying they sending out someone to repair but no one comes we keep calling but no one assists us no drinking water due to our pump working with electricity how are people suppose to live like this I WILL BE CONTACTING ESKOM HEAD OFFICE ASWELL AS THE OMBUDSMEN
