Bad Bad service!!!

I am very unhappy with Eskom service since the 9th of December 2023 with no power at my house. Log faults several times with no luck instead some are being rejected. I’ve called several times with no luck. I was also given the Customer relations manager Mr Davids but his phone is on voicemail since this whole week. Escalated to executive email address still no response.
