Bad bad service

Eskom expects us to buy electricity yet this is the service one gets. I live at Doornkop extension one (next to Socialinks Pub, Impala rd), Soweto. I've been going to Randfontein and told that they'll get back to me yet no respond . I have not had electricity for a month now. Eskom do your job
