Bad and poor employees service

This is so annoying to be in the dark for 3 weeks now in Cape Town Kraaifontein while other people have electricity. Eskom electrician Sibusiso Mehlomakhulu is so rude and annoying, he does not know his job than being rude. He came to my house 2 time and he was so rude, he told me that my meter box doesn't have a problem and when I called my husband, he explained to him what to check in the box after being rude and insulting telling me that he is a eskom employee and there is nothing I can do about it. It is so frustrating being a woman in your house and come a man from eskom and insult you in your own home just because you are telling him that what he said is right its not. Do I have to agree whatever he said just because he is a man, eskom needs to workshop employees on how to treat people (customer service). I am still waiting for eskom employees to come and fix my box or take it if they do not know what to do.
