I'm very hurt and disappointed by the way Eskom mabopane customer service and the supervise handle my problem<br> <br> Last year (2014) I was building a house so I called eskom to came and remove my meter box and cable, so that they can keep them save, since the was no 1 leaving in that yard. I told them that when I finished building they can return my meter box and cable. They came and remove those things.<br> when I finished building it I called eskom so that they can return the meter and cable but I was told that they couldn't return the meter box, so I have to apply the new meter box, which I did, 2guys from eskom came with meter box and cable and did Insulation. when the leave they left a paper...ok all was all.<br> <br> This year February I went to eskom to register my meter box because I was only buying electricity from only eskom vending shop which was a problem because sometimes it was close... <br> <br> At Eskom was told that I did an ******* connection and I have to pay fine of R6000. I had no idea what they talking about because I did application and guys from eskom came to install the meter box and cable<br> <br> Can somebody help me. and I was trying to protect eskom asset .
