Back out during festive season

The Power went out on a big part of Northmead, Benoni on the 23 of Dec 2023 around 19:00. It is now 27 Dec 07:00 hours and the Power has still not being restored. This is being 4 days already and there is no real correspondence, only empty promises. I already lost all my meat that has defrosted, it is also costing me alot of money as I have to go and buy take away food for me and my family. Can you maybe please assist as this is the worst service I have ever seen.
