Awesome service

Hi, I want to just give a round of warm applause to a lady by the name of Maleho Moakamedi who work as a coordinator at Eskom Monsterlus CNC. the lady has been of great help and unvaryingly so. Early last year I had a huge predicament with regards to electricity, we were unable to recharge, and the very same branch send us from pillar to post for days. The thing with that branch is you will only deal with some equally nescient companion at the gate. I had to fight for them to call someone from within. Then Maleho came through and she resolved the matter just like that. she was so forbearance and benevolent while assisting me. I was astonished to see her doing that in few minutes, something that took days to be rectified.

Around June we experienced another problem with electricity pole that was slumping towards my yard. I reported the matter and nothing was done. I even went as far as involving the ward councilor and still couldn't get help.

Last week the situation was worse to a point that the cable was on the ground and sometimes the kids would play with it. At that time Eskom came just to lift the cable and hooked it over the roof.

On Thursday the 23rd I went to Monsterlus cnc and demanded to speak to someone, and again they called her. As ever she was not reluctant to help, I just saw the very same lady, with the same attitude, imperturbable, and she looked very serene. I explained my situation to her, and she assured me that I will get help, few minutes later she told me that the guys are coming to fix the pole on Saturday. As I am writing now, the pole has been restored with new box and new cable. I just want to give credit where is due. Maleho I really appreciate what you have done, and I hope it's not only me. Keep on doing the great work.

Eskom needs more people like you, people with zealous and assiduity. I can say this without dubious that you are a great leader. You deserve to be in the leading chair. THANKS
