Awesome and efficient service!

Big ups to Eskom- Kagiso for such an awesome service yesterday our Electricity was out but only for five houses in our area. We called their call centre and found an amazing call centre agent who was quick and explained everything without hesitation. He gave us a six hour turnaround time for their technicians to arrive but they were there in less than an hour and our electricity was restored. The technician also promised to dig deeper into the problem as it is a re-occurring issue so that we don't go cold in winter. Awesome service indeed!<br>
