Thanks for great customer service today.

I phoned in with a query and Audrey was nothing but helpful. When she did not know the answer, she promised to phone me back after finding out.

Now this is Eskom right - surely they won't call back?

Wrong. She called back later the afternoon just as promised and provided me with the answer to my question.
