At my wits end with eskom

Hi all, It really is such a shame that Eskom is a state owned entity and as such, I really don’t have recourse and this is my last resort. We moved into a farm in Magaliesburg 1 July. To date, we do not have an Eskom account. The customer care line and the Eskom website directs us to an email address. All we get is an auto response acknowledgment but no response whatsoever. We have had no response to our many emails over the last few months. We don’t have an eskom account, the Eskom branch in Randfontein doesn’t allow anyone in so we can’t get any live assistance, we can’t pay a non-existing account and so it’s become a huge mess. We just need an account. Something that simple has become a mamoth task.
