arrogant employee and poor service

im a resident at mvelaphanda village.the village that has been using eskom electricity for the past 15 years.February 2020 an employee from eskom came and disconnected the electricity from only 3 houses out of the whole village.when we enguire from eskom branch no one seems to help us because ever since the incident we have been sent from pillar to post with no help. Its been 8 eight months now living without electricity while our neighbors are using the very same electricity that we are deprived of.With lockdown its been difficult to gain entry to eskom for any challenge that one is facing.we only leave the contacts with the security officer where the responsible employee from eskom calls back, but there is a lady(we know her name) who works at eskom Thohoyandou to inspect the site who is very rude over the phone to even told us that we must as well stop re registering because for as long as she is the site inspector she will never came for inspection and that nothing will be done without her inspection report.my problem with employees like her who vowed to serve the communuty is that she does not listen to us,she calls and tells us what she wants and then drop the phone.how are we supposed to get help from eskom if there are employees like her who is not willing to assist people.right now we are stuck because ,we really don't know who should help us so that we can also use electricity just like other villagers our my village.we even engaged the tribal office and the mayor's office but all is in vain.this is really frustrating
