Application took over a year

I have done an online application for the 20 Watts last year and until this day my application is still in progress. I have been doing follow up with call centre and the are not helpful, am always told that someone will call be back and no one. I have spoken to a call centre agent call Magta Craukand on the 24th May and she said her supervisor Lesego Ncube will call me she has not. On the 26th May I called again and I spoke to another agent call Sebetsi Malapane and she was very rude and not helpful. She refused to put me through the supervisor and disconnected the call on me.

Can I please get a proper update with my application. Ref ***
