APPALLING SERVICES

I don't how eskom writes their employees pay cheques if they are cheating on their jobs.After the heavy weather we had on monday we had a power failure after the lighting strike the electricity pole just right outside our yard.We contacted eskom the falling day tuesday and they operator said they will send people a ref number was given ********** 12.We waited the whole day still no luck we called again later and on their side it listed as MATTER RESOLVED!!!.WE ARE OUT OF ELECTRICITY BECAUSE ESKOM HIRES ********** NO ONE ATTENDED TO THE MATTER TILL THIS DAY ITS BEEN THREE DAYS .A NEW REF NUMBER WAS GIVEN ********** 24 . HELP !!!!!!!!!! AND NOW NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ANSWERING FOR THIS .HELPPPP
