This Alfred AI must be a first-generation AI; it's totally useless. I am trying to "Follow up on an existing reference," as stated on the Eskom website, that this AI can do; however, it does not understand what I am trying to do. Even when I type "Follow up on an existing reference," it says "Hmmm, I couldn’t quite pick up exactly what it is you’re asking... can you please ask your question again?" or some other random answer. I have spent 15 min trying to communicate with IT!! Does anybody test its functions?
