We recently moved from East London to Port Alfred. I had Eskom prepaid as a beneficiary on my bank account. On arrival at Port Alfred I purchased prepaid online using the number for the Port Alfred meter not realising that I should have bought from local municipality. The amount involved is R550.00 . I have tried in vain to get this refunded or the credit transferred to either the East London or Port Alfred account. Email after email. Now given up
