Account query

I received a R20 000 account 2 months ago. Paid the average of R2 000. This is only for n pump! I have logged calls, sent messages and phoned 20 rimes plus. No response and today they want to put the power off which in turn means no water!! Paid my new amount as per statement so have not skipped any payments.
