ABSURD AND DISMAL SERVICE - ESKOM

One of the Number 1 Company in undermining, disregarding, disrespecting and absurd customer care I've ever seen. I live in Gamalakhe, KZN, in Masimula Road under Eskom Marburb. We have had a power problem in my street for 2 years now. Always report it to Eskom but till date they have not fixed it. On a monthly basis we pay our electricity because the monopoly Eskom has gives us no chance but to bow to the master. Eskom yesterday ran a planned maintenance from 5am (19/03/24) to 17h00pm. Today it's 20/03/2024 @ 20h14pm and we still don't have electricity without no communication from Eskom. It is very painful to be exposed to this type of dismal service.
