A very unhappy customer

I wish they was a lower rating than this one .. I am really unhappy about the service we receive from Eskom , I have reported a transformer that is planted in our yard that constantly explodes, leaks oil and really posses as a health hazard to everyone. There has been no response or assistance from the Eskom customer service and hello Peter is my last resort. a couple of days ago the transformer exploded and during this lockdown we are without electricity.. Eskom customer service what do we need to do to get assistance and proper service?
