A human rights violation
So, going on 2 weeks now without electricity in Lomanyaneng, Mafikeng, contact numbers are always 'currently unavailable', and let's not even mention that joke of a chatbot Alfred, limited list of issues with limited responses, that program needs to be done away with, there is no way of getting an escalation on reported issues, can't even get an update or an estimation on when an issue might be resolved, and the app, don't make me laugh, it's worse than Alfred, keeps going left when u steering it to the right, haaik. C'mon now folks, we're not in the dark ages for us to struggle with communication, hao!!.. Meanwhile food has gone bad in the fridge, then there's insulin for the diabetic, that costs money people, just like it cost us money to load up the power units. By the way not the whole area is dark, a few houses have electricity, and the majority are without. A heads up on the f*** up would have been a decency. And it blows that u can't report this appalling behavior anywhere, and I know the reviews don't mean s**t to the company. This is a new violation of human rights bagaetsho, maybe bring back load shedding if things are this bad, at least then we had a fair warning and made arrangements for our food and meds. BTW, the only reason they have a 1 star is I couldn't write my review without giving a star, otherwise they get 1/4 star
