8 days without electric and they keep saying the matter is resolved

<p>It's been 8 days without electricity, and this *********** agents keep giving us new reference numbers and keep saying the matter will be resolved within 6 hours and it's not. Quote as theirs stupid smses "dear customer, Power should be restored as per field staff. If your power is not on please report it again." At the offices they tell us that there is no one on duty!
