8 days without any response

04may2015 we reported an power outage is our are in Phillip,ref ***, followed up the next day still no Eskom but it was reported,we called everyday thereafter then on 06may the case was close but still NO Eskom,got another Ref ***, called the 07may they said supervisor would have called but no one called,sat 09 may we called again ref Nr was cancelled the report once again without restoring the power, new ref Nr was given ***, on the same we called again they said it wa handed over to technicians.we reported the cable theft aswell.all reference number was closed later that day but still NO Eskom.got a new ref Nr *** we spoke to Rodney and he put the phone down.10may 11h50, we were told that technician irvan said no one to enter area due to protest which was not true! It was a diffrent section.new ref nr *** given again, 11may called it was said everything is on hold they will only come in area when protest is done.11/05 @ 17h56we spoke Ursula (wc)which was not aware of any protest.today that case was close yet No Eskom.who is lying here?why are we paying for services?This is unacceptable 8 full days and no one takes responsibility or accountability .
