7 Powerfailures in 8 Days

We had 7 power failures in the past 8 days, due to ***********/******* technicians who cannot or does not want to repair Transformer TO24/6/4 properly. Every time there is a slight bit of rain (a few drops) the power fails, we report it, and about 4 hours later the power gets restored. Either these technicians have no idea of what they are doing or they do not fix the fault properly on purpose & claim overtime everytime they are called out. <br> ESKOM Should investigate this behaviour & deduct the overtime paid. We also pay line fees and other related service etc charges, we want these charges to be reversed on our accounts.
