6 Months Without Electricity With Asthmatic Child.

Greetings.

We come in bother and great plea.

We just ask to be helped. It's almost half a year without electricity. We cannot even change the Eskom account to be on our details as we bought this house on July 2023. Electric went off from August 2023 to date. One of the technicians came and said its cable fault then promised to return with the detector machine and never returned.

We ask to have a new cable to be connected to our nearest pillar box which is located next door neighbor since the one we have our circuit breaker on is at the back street which could prove hard and impossible to fix. Please we are begging you, please help us. We're going to 6 months without electricity.

We are the only house without electricity. As new occupants of that house we just need a METER and CABLE so we can pay for ELECTRICITY. Customer service center at Diepkloof Zone 6 said our area AWAITS conversion which was supposed to take place last year November 2023 but to no avail.

They've also told us that our problem will be fixed via a contract sector which will charge us around +R33000 which we do not have. We have a sick child that needs a nebuliza as his got asthma. That costs us every now and then when he cannot breath and we must go to were there is electricity.
