6 day power outage

Can we be given priority s well in rural areas its been 6 days without power, people from Eskom come and go without fixing the problem that they are aware of. Our food is rotten, when you call their call center you hold on the line for 2 hours and when you finally reach the consultant they just give you a reference number and tell you a technician has been sent to your area.
