5 days in the dark: Eskom lies

It is now 5 days with no electricity and it affect only 2 houses in a village, others are okay. We've sent several smses and made phone calls. The technicians also indicated to Call centre that power had been restored and that a total lie. I also received an sms today that power had been restored but it's nonsense because they never came. The recent reference is *** and the meter number is ***. This is totally unfair especially living in the dark for 5 days with a 79 year old while the people responsible even go to an extent of lying that the case has been closed and power restored meanwhile such is not true.
