3days without electricity

The guys from eskom came to fix something from the main box.when they left I was the only one in my neighborhood without electricity its been 3 days now without electricity..I have tried the ***number got my refrence number and still waiting .Tried Alfred chat box and he keeps on say he understands it's been long time they will attend to my query its been 3 days now and Alfred its just a machine when he says he understands no he doesn't I have to throw away the spoiled food from the fridge so does Alfred the chat box understand my frustration?..
