we are having problem with Eskom depot in lanseria we lodged a request for power failure on Monday around 19:10 we were taught that technicians will be assigned at 8: 00 nothing has been done we call again around 10: 00 we were taught there is no technician, yesterday again we called technician has been assigned, this morning when we called there technician who has been allocated to house 2500 will assist us, I spoke palesa the consultant she told me the matter has been excalated I should called again at 15: 00 I called again spoke to another consultant fro east London she said she will escalate the matter again theis is all the reference that we were given since Monday this is not far management need to look into this ***, ***, it is clear that Eskom management are not doing what they have been hired to do
