3 Days without Electricity

Isince electricity went of on Sunday 28th August 2022 around 5pm during load reduction schedule, till today 30th August we don't have electricity, I reported the matter on the 29th August with ***, but still there is no Technician to come and resolve the issue, our food in the fridge is getting rotten this matter should have been resolved by now
